How does Bounce work?
Open a TikTok with a song list, tap the Share button, and choose Bounce. We download the public video, transcribe the audio, read any on-screen text, and use that information to identify the songs. Each song is then matched in the Apple Music catalog and added to a new playlist in your library.
Why do I need Apple Music?
Bounce builds the playlist directly inside your Apple Music library using Apple's MusicKit framework, which requires an active Apple Music subscription. Apple Music is billed by Apple and is separate from your Bounce subscription.
Does Bounce work with Instagram Reels or Spotify?
Not yet. Bounce v1 supports TikTok and Apple Music only. If you share an Instagram URL into the App you can join the waitlist and we will email you when we add support.
Why didn't every song match?
Song extraction is best-effort. If a song isn't named clearly in the caption, the audio, or the on-screen text, we may miss it or match the wrong version. You can adjust matches in the confirmation screen before saving the playlist.
How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Bounce, and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Bounce charge, and follow the prompts.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Bounce and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID, your subscription will reactivate.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@bestdaylabs.com with a description of what happened, the TikTok URL you were converting (if applicable), and your iPhone model and iOS version. Screenshots help.
How do I delete my data?
Bounce does not require an account, so there is very little to delete. If you joined a waitlist with your email address, or you would like the cached song list for any TikTok URL you've submitted removed, email us at the address above and we'll handle it.
